Up for sale is a really clean and lightly used one owner REMINGTON Model 1911 R1 pistol.

This Remington Model 1911 R1 is well-made, accurate, and made in the USA. If you want a basic Government frame 1911, then this is a great choice. The barrel and barrel bushing are stainless steel, and the mainspring housing is the straight model from the original M1911. It has the Series 80 firing system for safer carrying. The trigger is your basic Series 80 trigger. Very short travel with a firm break at the end and no real stacking to speak of. This pistol is very accurate.

Comes with a set of Pachmayer Signature Model grips installed. The sale will also come with the original walnut grips. Also includes the box, two magazines, bushing wrench, etc.
