I have customized this Pro Control EZ Universal Mount to better support trolling motors when bow mounted. The height of the motor mounting section has been increased by 1 ¼ “. I have added two 3/8” dense rubber pads to secure the motor clamps to the mount and the mount clamps to the boat. This unit is completely portable and stable to use.

I have also customized a stern rudder using an Endura Transom Mount Bracket and a wide blade canoe paddle. This keeps boats tracking true and enhances steering. Without this rudder boats were difficult to keep straight and would spin when I turned off the motor.
