WWI Enfield REMINGTON Model of 1917 M1917 P17 for sale in Fort Worth Texas

For sale is a REALLY NICE WW1 era USGI Remington United States Rifle Model of 1917 rifle or sometimes called the M1917, P17, or American Enfield. According to the serial number this rifle was manufactured in September of 1918 and has what is quite possibly the original barrel that is a Remington September 1918 dated barrel. I had this rifle completely disassembled by a gunsmith and inspected. It was found to be in great working order and condition. In fact it was found to be almost completely assembled with Remington marked parts. The ONLY parts noted not to be Remington were the buttplate, rear sight slide, lower band and stock. ALL the other parts are matching Remington which leads one to believe it is VERY original. If you are needing a Remington 1917 rile in your collection then this is an excellent specimen.
