Extremely nice and cared for original Winchester 1895 Rifle with a 24-inch barrel born in 1914. Caliber is in 30-06 with a nice 3 lb. trigger pull and steel crescent but plate. The rifle shows character and has been well care for. The bore is bright and the wood fits well with small stock dings you would expect from the many hunts it has been on. This rifle has a box magazine and was the first Winchester produced to use pointed bullets in a lever action rifle. At the range the original sites are dead-on at 100 yards and the 9 lb. weight takes care of
most of the recoil.
