Here's an outstanding Cimarron F. A. Co. 1873 Short Rifle Model in .357 Smith & Wesson Magnum caliber. This is an outstanding reproduction of the famed Winchester Model 1873 rifle. It was manufactured in Italy by A. Uberti S.p.A, likely in 2022. It has 20 inch octagonal barrel with a blade front sight dovetailed into the barrel that is drift adjustable for windage and retained in position by a screw. It has a buck horn style rear sight dovetailed into the rear of the barrel that is drift adjustable for windage, retained by a screw, and elevator adjustable for elevation. The frame, side plates, lever, hammer, and trigger are color case hardened. The follower is brass and the dust cover and lever latch are bright blue. The smooth stock and forearm appear to be walnut and have a somewhat semi-gloss style finish. The curved butt plate attaches to the butt stock on both the top and back and is a polished bright blue finish. The fore end cap is also bright blue finished. Proof marks appear on the underside of the frame and on the left side of the barrel
